1.1Project Leader

1.2Core Team

The following team members will participate in all phases of the tender process and sign off key documents generated throughout the process. Members in the Core team should comprise of a areas that may be affected or have an interest in the goods or services being tendered:

1.4Steering Committee

The following team members will act as the Steering committee and will comprise of a UNSW procurement representative and other senior managers applicable to the goods or services being tendered. The Steering committee will approve the Project team’s key decisions, as well as the required procurement project documents as defined in the Procurement procedure and guidelines. The Steering Committee may also be used to remove any major roadblocks and ensure that adequate resources are committed from the respective areas.
