Hello All, April 18, 2013
The Climate Literacy summer workshop is less than two months away. We understand you have lots of school responsibilities on your mind right now, so we’ll keep this message brief:
1.) Archive of Summer Workshop Details
There is now one place you can go to see archived copies of all workshop-related e-mails. We will keep this updated as we send additional information. The link below will take you to the “home page” of the Mississippi summer workshop. At the very bottom of that web page you’ll find the link to the archived messages. We’ll keep that archive up to date.

2) Dorm Reservations
Those of you who requested accommodations on campus will be staying in Critz Hall, which is just across the road from the workshop building. These rooms are set up for double occupancy, but each of you will have your own room. For more information see the March 27 e-mail and visit the link http://www.housing.msstate.edu/halls/detail.php?hallid=8&hclass=
Below is the list of people for whom we have reserved a dorm room on the MSU campus.
* If you do NOT see your name listed and need a room, let me know ASAP, since we need to finalize reservations.
* If you DO see your name there and you have changed plans, please let me know that as well.

3) Laptops/Tablets/Headphones
* Please respond to this e-mail to let me know if you have a laptop or tablet computer to bring to the workshop, and if you have headphones to use with that device so you can listen to audio without disturbing others. Later we will send you links to software we will ask you to download before you arrive at the workshop.
4) Change of Plans??
* Please let us know if your plans change. We still have a waiting list of teachers who are interested in attending the workshop.
That’s it for now. Please check the archive, and let me know if you still have questions,
Thanks,
For the Climate Earthlabs Team,
Sarah Hill
