1) All Tables and Shelves Should Be Made with a Heavy Duty Metal

1) All tables and shelves should be made with a heavy duty metal.

2) Plexi-glass top beveled consists of 2 layers, the top layer should by ¼ thick and the bottom should ¾ thick. The top of the table should be screwed down for replacement or attached so it can be replaced.

3) Do not include gussets on the tables.

4) The table top and shelf must have a center 2X2 bracing stabilizer underneath the plexi top and plexi shelve. The shelf will need to be braced around the sides as well as under the shelf.

5) The second shelve should be made like the plexi top, plexi glass on the shelf needs to be framed in the metal, with the exception of the 2nd layer.

6) Should be powder coated

7) The metal on the tables should be 2x2 legs and 2x2 stabilizer under the plexi in the middle for the shelf

8) Should have plexi-glass encased in ¾ L shaped metal on top of the 2x2 top to hold the glass.

9) Adjustable and movable casters durable to sustain movement with lock should be included

10) Count tables need to be just like the 1 and 2 shelf picture

11) Cage Tables single shelf in middle will be set at our specifications from top of table for storage normal is 16” (shelf is 1” plexiglass in 2” metal frame) This is standard for all table sizes with large caster wheels

12) Cage Tables double shelves will be set at our specifications from top of table & 1st shelf for storage normal (shelf is 1” plexiglass in 2” metal frame) This is standard for all table sizes with large caster sheels

13) 4-Tiered shelves is 1 single unit that has 2” metal frame for each shelf with 1” plexiglass on each shelf 35” Wide x 72” Tall x 15” Deep bottom shelf is 17” off floor 2 middle are evenly spaced 4th is very top of shelf (reference to picture)

14) All Cage tables & shelves plexiglass is beveled smooth on all outside edges, to minimize any safety hazards

15) Provide Weight of the table empty and what it can hold.
