04 – 07th. May 2011 Family Weekend in Kilcuan, Clarenbridge, Co. Galway.
05th.May AGM will be held in Kilcuan @ 3.00 pm
Our annual family May Bank Holiday weekend is fast approaching and we would love to have as many of you as possible there. Because of commitments it may not be feasible for you to come for the entire weekend but you might consider making a day trip.
As places are limited they will be allocated to fully paid up members on a first come basis. If you are interested please return completed application form together with payment as soon as possible. As we have to book lanes for bowling and organize food it is essential that we have responses on or before Wednesday 25th.April 2012.
Fun and games, swimming, bowling etc plus total relaxation will be the order of the week-end so when packing your leisure wear don’t forget your swimming gear. We hope that everyone will enter into the spirit of family games on Saturday evening.
The cost of bed only in Kilcuan is € 24.00 per person per night. Food and entertainment are all extra. However with fund-raising and sponsorship we are keeping our charge to €100.00 per family - no other costs will be incurred.
Kilcuan will be open from 8.00 pm on Friday, light refreshments will be available on arrival.
Bed linen is supplied but please bring your own personal towels and toiletries.
Please indicate if your child has special dietary or other requirements.
Please consider this as formal notification of our AGM. This is your opportunity to put forward any proposals / suggestions you may have which would benefit all members of our Society. The committee needs the support of all members.
Kilcuan is on the Limerick side of Clarinbridge N6 (entrance to Brothers of Charity and opposite the hoarded up Oyster Manor Hotel)
