Generic Proposal Format

PROPOSAL

PROJECT NO.:[last four digits of WSU account number; if new proposal, put "NEW", if new proposal, but actually a continuation of research beyond the third year, put number if parentheses like this: "NEW (3927)".]

TITLE:

YR INITIATED xxxx-xxxx CURRENT YR xxxx-xxxx TERMINATING YR xxxx-xx

(Please follow above format. For example, under "Current Year," the 2003-04 refers to the period in which funding will actually be received by WSU as requested under the current proposal. The period shown under "Year Initiated" would thus be the period that funding was first received for the project during the three-year project cycle. The "Terminating Year" is the last period for which funding will be requested under the project. For Potato Commission proposals just put the last calendar year, not the period.)
