ROTARY INTERNATIONAL DISTRICT 6270

YOUTH PROTECTION TRAINING PROCEDURE

The youth protection training that was done at the spring and fall district meetings or at club meetings will no longer be done. Instead each Rotarian can obtain this training on line, following is the process.

1 Contact PDG Tamie Koop or PDG Bob Hosch, who will register you. Your name and email address are required.

2 You will get the following email after you have been registered.

(will be here)
this link allows you to enter the training site with an identification number. PLEASE save this email before you begin the course. Whenever you wish to return to the site, you may do so using the saved email. If for some reason you lose the email, contact your district administrator (District Compliance Officer, District Chair, etc.) and they can send you another training email invitation.
When you finish the exam and click on "finish", your passing score will be automatically sent to your district administrator. Failed scores will not be recorded. You will then have to close the browser (leave the site). You can return and take the exam as many times as you like.
You may also want to print your results after successfully completing the course, for your own records, but it is not required.
Good luck.”
