- Passengers must check-in to board the coach 10 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. Failure to board the coach within 10 minutes will forfeit your fare and seat. If passenger/s fails to board the coach, the fare will be forfeited. Allocated seating is not available and seating is based on a first come first served basis.
- Total amount of free of charge luggage per fare paying passenger isonesuitcase/bag (no more than 32kgs) andonesmall carry-on bag (without wheels) is allowed to be taken on board the coach and must be able to be placed underneath the seat in front or above in the overhead baggage area. Additional luggage is subject to our terms & conditions and extra charges.
- Snow Packages & Snow Express Bookings- All Snow booking are non-refundable and non-transferable. Bookings can be changed but all changes must be made 48 hours prior to the scheduled departure time of the original booking.
