Petzl I’D Descender
/ This is a self-braking descending device with an anti-panic function complying with EN 341 Class A. It can be used as a personal descender, a lowering device or as a belay device to protect the rescuer or stretcher. The device requires two hands to operate, one to release the braking cam via the black handle and one to regulate the speed of the free line entering the device. It is designed for use on 10-11.5mm diameter ropes meeting EN1891 Type A. Additional friction by the use of a braking karabiner must be used when lowering heavy loads or when used above the head of the operator to lower a load.
The SAR ROCKER
/ Rope access back up device.
For use as a safety back-up as in EN353-2 in Industrial Rope Access or Rescue. Petzl Kootenay Carriage

Steel Karabiner

LatchwayTransfastener
/ The Transfastener’s star wheel design allows continuous movement along the cable and eliminates the need for people using the system to detach and reattach to the system when changing direction or crossing cable supports. Thereby eliminating the risk of human error that occurs when using a two karabiner method.
The Transfastener can be used from both sides of the system and moves along horizontal systems, around corners and up and down inclines.

Skylotec 11mm Static Rope
Odyssey Line
/ Static (low stretch) kernmantel rope, made from top quality polyamide nylon yarn with UV stabilisation treatment in the full cross section of the yarn. Has very little energy absorption and as such is suitable for use as a main line, highline or cableway only. Not to be used where there is a risk of a shock load as the energy created during a fall will be placed on other parts of the Operatives system, including the anchors and harness and can lead to failure and severe injury or death.
