Company is over 5 years old and is already profitable. Revenues are on target to do around $5M this year. Company has approximately 25 employees. Company just launched new product into a new market and is poised for extremely high growth within the next couple of years. Compensation will include an annual base salary in line with experience level and market rates for a start-up company as well as equity participation in the company. This is a management position, but must have someone who will be hands-on and can just roll up their sleeves and get the job done. This position reports to the CEO. He has been leading the company for the last 5 years. He only gets involved when appropriate. Does not micromanage. He will become involved with clients at key points when appropriate. He isinvolved in strategy and direction, but allows his team to operate at their own level. He does not micromanage and does not want to micromanage. He is very astute at the business components and always thinking strategically.
