**Orientation**
Choosing Your Future / 4882-5708 / Applicants shall be provided with this brochure at Orientation.
Client Assistance Program (CAP) brochure
Order directly from CAP – 1-800-288-5923 or 517-487-1755 / Applicants shall be provided with this brochure at Orientation.
Order of Service (OSS) / 4882-5726 / This brochure should be available for Orientation when OSS is implemented.
How MRS Safeguards Your Personal Information / 4882-6024 / To be given to all applicants during orientation or intake to fulfill our obligation to notify our customers how we handle and use confidential information.
Six Steps to Voc Rehab / 4882-6026 / Orientation book. (Not to be used at Job Fairs – use Meaningful Careers for People with Disabilities.)
**Application**

  • When their IPE is prepared
  • Whenever assessment or IPE services are suspended, reduced, or terminated

Choosing Your Employment Plan with MRS / 4882-6016 / Eligibility and Plan Options. Applicants shall be provided with this brochure after the completion of the eligibility determination and assessment of vocational rehabilitation needs (aka Vocational Assessment). However, another good time to advise potential customers of their IPE planning options (should they become eligible) is at the Agency Orientation, as part of the orientation to informed choice.
