Your Child Has Expressed an Interest in Auditioning for IMEA All District Band Or Chorus

Your child has expressed an interest in auditioning for IMEA All District Band or Chorus. This requires that he/she learn the music and perform on the audition day. Being selected for either of these groups is quite an achievement!

Auditions are held on Monday October 9 (Columbus Day). The bus to Bloomington for the auditions will leave from the High School in Gilman at 6:30 a.m.

If your child is selected to perform in the All District Chorus or Band the performance will be on Saturday November 18 at Braden Auditorium on the ISU Campus. The bus will leave from the High School at 7:00 a.m. on this day .

Please return the attached permission slip so that your child may attend the audition day and the performance (if they are selected) by September 15. If you have any questions please feel free to call us at the Middle School.
