Дорогие коллеги,

ознакомьтесь, пожалуйста, с информацией об изменениях, происходящих в аэропорте Хельсинки-Вантаа в связи с ремонтнымиработами.

Dear Colleagues,
Please be advisedthat effective August 5 Finnair customer service at HelsinkiAirport is under one roof only, i.e. terminal 2 (T2).

You can find more information in our constantly updated Finnair blogs aimed at consumers;

Please note that space and capacity of T2 departure halls is limited until the end of 2010 while the middle part of terminal 2 is under an extensive renovation program. This might result in longer than usual queuing to the check-in desks, especially when departing on intercontinental flights in the Hilton-end of the terminal, at check-in area 411-419.
Finnair customers are strongly recommended to check-in via the Internet or self-service check-in kiosks at the airport (open 36 hours before the flight departure).
Check-in formalities must be completed not later than stated here;

CHECK-IN HAS TO BE COMPLETED:
- 20 minutes before departure of domestic flights when travelling with carry-on baggage
- 30 minutes before departure of domestic flights with baggage to check in
- 35 minutes before departure of European flights when travelling in Business Class (also Finnair Plus Platinum and Gold members regardless of travel class)
- 45 minutes before departure of European flights when travelling in Economy Class
- 45 minutes before departure when travelling with ski equipment
- 45 minutes before departure of intercontinental and Leisure flights.
The connecting time between a domestic flight and a Leisure flight has to be at least 75 minutes.
