You Are Invited to the Annual Mcclure Middle School 8Th Grade Picnic!

You are invited to the annual McClure Middle School 8th Grade Picnic!

**All students MUST return this form by Tuesday, May 2nd*

On Tuesday, May 23rd, we want to honor our eighth grade students with a picnic on the field to celebrate their success and wish them the best as they venture to high school!

This event will take place immediately after the 8th Grade Awards Ceremony (around 11:00 – more details about the Awards Ceremony will come at a later date). At the picnic, students will be able to sign yearbooks, throw Frisbees, eat lunch, and celebrate with their friends. Parents are welcome and encouraged to attend.

We have contracted with Otter’s Chicken to provide the food for our celebration. They will offer a box lunch with chicken tenders, chips, and a cookie. A choice of soda or water will be provided with the meal. Please note that only those who have paid for their meal will be served. Our cafeteria will remain open that day for those who do not wish to purchase a box lunch from Otter’s Chicken. All students will still attend the celebration.

Below you will find a form for you to indicate your lunch preference for the day. If you are ordering from Otter’s Chicken, your order form and payment must be returned in a white envelope to the black box no later than Tuesday, May 2nd. Acceptable payments are checks made out to McClure Middle School or cash in the exact amount. If you plan to purchase a lunch from school or bring your lunch from home, please indicate that on the form below and return it to your homeroom teacher. Meal tickets will be provided to those who purchased lunch from Otter’s Chicken on the day of the event.
