The PVC Geomembrane Institute (PGI) invites you to participate in one of its popular short courses organized to increase your knowledge of GCLs and PVC Geomembranes.
WHO SHOULD PARTICIPATE
Those involved with the design, construction, operation and closure of landfills, lagoons, ponds, decorative applications and corrective action activities at closed sites should attend this course.

¨  Gain a broad knowledge of what is required to properly design, specify and construct geosynthetic liner and cover systems.
¨  Absorb the latest information on GCL hydraulic equivalence, specifications, testing and installation.
¨  Learn about PVC Geomembrane manufacturing, formulation, fabrication, shipping, installation, long term performance, puncture resistance, interface strengths, and slope stability, wedge welding, air channel testing of PVC field seams, and updated ASTM standards for PVC geomembranes.
¨  Observe thermal welding and air channel testing of PVC geomembrane seams.
¨  Discuss the PGI 1104 Specification and the associated ASTM testing for use of PVC geomembranes in a variety of environmental applications.
