(i)Stow Social Club grant of £3,000 as a contribution to roof repairs. Grant already approved subject to presentation of accounts and also a decision as to whether the Club would approve one Member of Council sitting on the Social Club Committee

(ii)To confirm and approve expenditure & bank reconciliation to 30th September 2016

(iii)To approve reinvestment of monies from Lloyds Bank Bond that has matured into a Lloyds Bank Fixed Bond for 12 months at 1.00% interest for £52,549

(iv)Appointment of Internal Auditor for year end 31st March 2017

(v)Disposal of old photocopier will cost £350 – do Council approve this expenditure?

(vi)To note comments made by Grant Thornton, external auditor, for year end accounts to 31st March 2016

d)Parks & Square Committee

(i)Recommendation by Committee that current set of Christmas Lights should not be purchased at end of lease. A new lease agreement be taken out and new lights supplied for 2017 season.

e)Planning, Traffic & Parking Committee

a)Cllr White to give a report on Meeting with GCC Highways representatives, Ward County Cllr Nigel Moor& Clerk on 20 mph zone

b)Proposal by Cllr White that the Council should fund a Town Benchmarking Report at a cost of £2000.
