4 - CANCELLATION POLICIES

ALL CANCELLATIONS must be sent in writing to EtixEvents.

REGISTRATION CANCELLATIONS made;

Within June 1th, 2018 : the total amount will be refunded with a deduction of %10 of total amount for administrative charges.

After June 1th, 2018 : the total amount will be forfeited and no refund will be possible.

All refunds will be processed after the conference.
