Pink dress with lilac decoration on front:

Yarn: Glitter - pink - lustre or metallic yarn,

pink - 100% cotton 8/4,

lilac ribbon

2 mm knitting needles (Possibly 2 extra when you cast on new sts for sleeve)

Approx. 2 decimeters lilac narrow satin ribbon.

Start at the bottom of the dress:

Cast on 25 sts with glitter-pink and work:

Row 1: Purl stitch

Change to pink:

Row 2: K 2, * slip 1 stitch knit, K 4 *, repeat between *-* across row, end with slip 1 stitch knit, K 2

Row 3: P 2, * slip 1 stitch purl, P 4 *, repeat between *-* across row, end with slip 1 stitch purl, P 2

Continue with stockinette stitich until work measures 4 ½ cm.

Change to glitter-pink:

Row 4: K 2, * slip 1 stitch knit, K 4 *, repeat between *-* across row, end with slip 1 stitch knit, K 2

Row 5: P 2, * slip 1 stitch purl, P 4 *, repeat between *-* across row, end with slip 1 stitch purl, P 2

Row 6: Knit stitch

Row 7: Purl stitch

Row 8: K 10, (cast off 1 st, K 1), work parenthesis 2 times, end with cast off 1 st, K 10

Row 9: P 10, (1 yarn over, K 1), work parenthesis 2 times, end with 1 yarn over, P 10

Row 10: K 5, K 2 tog, K 11, K 2 tog, K 5 = 23 sts

Row 11: Purl stitch

Row 14: K 9, ( cast off 1 st, K 1), work parenthesis 2 times, end with cast off 1 st, K 9

Row 25: Purl stitch

Cast off, not too loosely.

Thread a lilac ribbon up and down, through the holes in front, as in photo.
