Dear Parents,
Next term our school will be running Active After School Programs again on Tuesdays and Wednesdays after school.
The program runs from 3pm to 4.15pm. Between 3pm and 3.15pm students will eat an afternoon snack of fruit. From 3.15pm to 4.15pm students will participate in a variety of sporting programs run by specialised coaches. Students must be picked up at 4.15pm sharp. In Term 2, the program will run between 6th May and 17th June (Tuesdays) and 7th May and 18th June (Wednesdays).
The programs are run by qualified coaches and a supervising staff member will also be on site.
There is no cost to families for this program.
Families are asked to put in a preference form for which day, if any, they would most like to participate. If they would like to participate both days please note this on the return slip. As there is a maximum number of participants per day, we cannot guarantee that students will be able to participate on both days as we would like to give all students the opportunity to participate in the program. Choices will be considered based on the order of returned slips. Where possible, preferences will be given to families who have work or have other commitments. Please note any information that may help us to allocate your child on the return slip. Please see the reverse side of this page for the participation guidelines during Active After Schools. This is to ensure the safety of all involved. Please ensure that both you and any participating children sign this form.
We aim to notify families of allocations before the end of term so that you can make any arrangements necessary.
