We are glad to inform you that the VI International Specialized Exhibition-Fair of mini-technologies and compact equipment for agriculture “Uzbekistan Agrominitech Expo” will be held in 25-28 May 2011 in Tashkent in the central pavilion of the national exhibition company “Uzexpocentre”.

As you know, Uzbekistan possesses an enormous potential for production of different kinds of agricultural products, especially horticultural products which possess a high quality taste and export opportunities. In order to develop this area actively our farmers are interested in attracting advanced experiences and technological equipment.

Exhibition has been conducted successfully since 2006 and it has been visited by members of more than 220 companies from all over the world including countries of Europe, Israel, South Korea, China, Turkey and others. More than 35 thousand representatives of small businesses, agricultural companies, farmers and other specialists attended this exhibition. As a result, more than 2 thousand contracts in total amount of $60 million for purchasing of exhibited equipment were signed among participants of exhibitions.

Exhibition includes the following thematic divisions: “Fruit processing equipment, “Meat, fish and diary products processing”, “Milk processing”, “Veterinary”, “Bakery and macaroni production”, “Labeling, polygraphic and packaging equipment”, “Freezing technologies”, “Chemicals for plant protection, syringes”, “Greenhouse equipment”, “Beekeeping”, “Equipment for in-house (cottage) production (sewing machines, carpet production and etc.)”. Exhibition comprise of thematic seminars on abovementioned areas.

regarding price for rent and construction of exhibition booths

and attendant services of

“Uzbekistan АGRОМINIТЕСН ЕХРО-2011”

Indoor unequipped space is given for participants of the exhibition free of charge.

Cost for services on maximal favorable terms amounts to 70 US dollars, per 1 sq.m. of exhibition space, including 20% of VAT

The present rate includes:

1. Cost for rent of exhibition booths and construction of basic exhibition booths of 1 sq. m. (minimal space of stand - 9 sq.m.) - 30 US dollars, including VAT of 20%).

Basic booth consists of: exhibition panels on perimeter of stand. (depending on its plan position); fascia panel with fascia inscription of firm name (fascia inscription not more than 10 letters), carpet flooring, illumination lamps (3 lamps per 9 sq.m.), a table (1 table per 9 sq.m), office chairs (3 chairs per 9 sq.m), waste-basket, lightening of stands with 1 socket (at stand); more than 18 sq.m. at stand- negotiation rooms

The rate includes: rent cost of exhibition equipment, studying of technical plan and calculation of necessary exhibition equipment, marking out of exhibition space, loading – unloading and transport of exhibition equipment to the exhibition space; carpet flooring, mantling of counters, junctures, boards, fascia panels; loading – unloading and transport of electric equipment to the exhibition space, lightening, socket and spot assembling, loading – unloading and transport of furniture and inventory to the exhibition space, dismantling of exhibition equipment; cleaning, storing, keeping and particular restoring of exhibition and electric equipment expenses.

2. Cost of attendant services for organization of exhibition per 1 sq.m. is 40 US dollars, including VAT of 20%):

The rate of attendant services includes:

Cost of electric power for lightening of stands and all pavilion, air-conditioning and ventilation, security of pavilion and bordering territory during holding of exhibition (except assembling and disassembling days), daily cleaning of territory, pavilions and exhibition stands, withdrawal of garbage, transportation, storing and keeping of tare, loading – unloading of exhibits by truck crane, loaders; placing of advertising banners in outdoors, entrance to the territory upon special pass cards, wages of personnel, exploitation and administrative expenses.

3. Cost of attendant services on outdoor (out of pavilion) exhibition space is 25 US dollars, including VAT of 20% per 1 sq.m ) and includes: cost of electric power for lightening of out of pavilion, security of bordering territory during holding of exhibition (except assembling and disassembling days), daily cleaning of territory, transportation, storing, keeping of tare, loading – unloading of exhibits by truck crane, loaders, placing of advertising banners in outdoors, entrance to the territory upon special pass cards, wages of personnel, exploitation and administrative expenses.

* Cost of exclusive stand construction is contractual and due to be agreed particularly.

The payment for services is made by Participants - residents of the Republic of Uzbekistan in soum in accordance with the Central Bank exchange rate at the day of payment, by Participants – non - residents – in US dollars.
