A Special Christmas

The Lee family had a special Christmas this year. They had an unforgettable Christmas party.

A week before Christmas, the Lee family went shopping in a shopping mall. When they saw those beautiful Christmas decorations, Mr Lee said, ‘Let’s have a Christmas party!’The children shouted, ‘Hurray!’So, they bought a lot of decorations and a Christmas tree. They bought some Christmas hats, too.

Five days before Christmas, the children used some decorations like small bells, snowflakes and stars to decorate the Christmas tree. They also put glittery Christmas lights on the tree. Meanwhile, Kevin hung colourful streamers from the ceiling. Besides, the children sent invitation cards to their friends. They invited their friends to join the party.

Two days before Christmas, the Lee family went to a supermarket to buy party food. Besides, they bought some gifts for their guests. On Christmas Eve, the Lee family had a special dinner with their grandpa and grandma. They had a lot of delicious food, such as turkey, spaghetti, and hamburgers. After dinner, the children went to the church. They sang Christmas songs there.

At Christmas, the guests came to the Lee family’s home to join the party. They played games, sang Christmas songs and exchanged gifts. Then they had a Christmas cake and some snacks. They enjoyed the party very much. When Kevin unwrapped his present, a snake got out of the box. The guests were scared by the snake, so they screamed loudly.

Kevin looked at the snake carefully. ‘Look! It’s only a toy snake!’ Kevin said angrily. He looked for the one who gave him that present. Eventually, Kevin knew it was only a trick. So, he didn’t feel angry anymore.

An Unforgettable Christmas Party

The Lee family had a special Christmas this year. They had an unforgettable Christmas party.

A week before Christmas, the Lee family were thrilled about the party. ‘We are going to have a Christmas Party. It’s great!’ said Kevin, Ken and Mandywith excitement. Then, they went to a shopping mall and bought a Christmas tree and some decorations.

Five days before Christmas, Kevin, Ken and Mandy started to decorate the Christmas tree with the decorations they bought. They wrote and sent Christmas cards to their friends, too. They also hung stockings near their beds. They hung colourful streamers from the ceiling. Two days before Christmas, they bought some food for Christmas dinner. On Christmas Eve, they went to the church and sang Christmas songs in the morning. Then they prepared the party foodlike turkey, chicken wings, sausages and so on. They felt tired but happy.

On Christmas Day, the Lee family and their neighbours had a Christmas party. They sang Christmas carols and played games. Then they exchanged Christmas presents. The children unwrapped their presents. Suddenly, a snake got out of Kevin’s box! All the people were frightened. They screamed loudly. Luckily, it did not bite Kevin and no one got hurt.

A few minutes later, everyone calmed down. However, Kevin was still very angry. Eventually, he knew who gave him the present. That was his best friend, Daniel. Kevin knew that it was only a joke. He forgave Daniel and kept the snake as his pet.

A Bad Christmas

The Lee family had a special Christmas last year. Kevin and his family could not forget this festival.

About a week before Christmas, Mr. and Mrs. Lee took their three children, Kevin, Mandy and Ken to the shopping centre in Tsim Sha Tsui. They bought a lot of things there. They watched the Christmas lights. The lights were very beautiful. They took photos with Santa Claus and the biggest Christmas tree, too. They were longing for Christmas.

Five days before Christmas, the Lee family wasverybusy. It was because they had to decorate their house. Besides, they wanted to decoratetheir Christmas tree. Ken was friendly. He sent a lot of Christmas cards to his classmates. The cards were beautiful. On the other hand, Mandyand Kevin decorated the Christmas tree. They hung some stars and ribbons on the Christmas tree. It looked wonderful!

Two days before Christmas, the whole family bought some Christmas presents and the food they needed for the party. They bought a lot of food, such as turkey, mince pies and Christmas puddings. They were yummy. On Christmas Eve, Kevin, Ken and Mandy sang Christmas carols in the church. Then, they prepared the food for the Christmas party. They cooked a lot of food.

On Christmas Day, the family and their friends had a Christmas party. They exchanged their presents. Kevin was nervous because he wanted to get a toy car very much.However, he needed to wait for the Boxing Day. He played different kinds of games with the guests. They were exciting. Then, there was a lucky draw. All the people were thrilled. At that moment, Kevin could not wait any longer. He unwrapped his present. In the box, there was a snake! All the people were frightened. Kevin shouted,‘It is a real snake!The snake is crawling out. Help!’The other children screamed. Mr. Lee was a policeman. He was brave. He said, ‘Don’t be scared! I will help you all!’After that, he caught the snake and flushed it into the toilet.Finally, the snake was dead. ‘What a bad Christmas!’ said the Lee family. They still did not know where the snake came from.

However, the three children, Kevin, Ken and Mandy were still very excited. The Santa Claus in the shopping centre gave the children a big present. The family took a photo with the Santa Claus. They bought a Christmas tree. They wanted to put it in the sitting room. Next, they watched the Christmas lights. They were fascinating. The children took a lot of photos and then went home. They were extremely excitedabout Christmas.

Five days before the festival, Kevin, Ken and Mandy decorated the Christmas tree. Mr. Lee went to work and Mrs. Lee was busy doing housework. The children used many stars, balloons and ribbons to decorate the Christmas tree and the house. They made a wonderful and colourful Christmas tree. Moreover, they wrote many invitation cards to their friends and relatives to invite them to the party.

Two days before Christmas, the Lee family bought the ingredients for making food for the party. Kevin, Ken and Mandy went to a toy shop to buy some toys. Kevin used a lot of time to choose the presents. He chose a model at last because he wanted to get the present in the lucky draw. Kevin liked it very much but his mother thought it was too expensive.

On Christmas Eve, the family prepared the food for the party. They made a lot of food, such as chicken wings, sandwiches, salad and orange juice. There would be many people joining the party. In the evening, the three children went to church to sing Christmas carols with their friends.

On Christmas Day, Kevin, Ken and Mandy had many gifts. They put the gifts under the Christmas tree. Then, their party started. They ate cake and said ‘Merry Christmas!’ to each other. Mr. Lee dressed up as Santa Claus. He took photos with the children. After that, they played games. After playing games, the children had the lucky draw. Kevin got a gift. He heard some sounds from the box. He was curious. He did not wait for the Boxing Day. He unwrapped the gift. However, it was not Kevin’s favourite model. There was a real snake inside the box! All the people yelled, ‘Oh! My! There is a real snake! A real snake!’ The snake inside the box crawled out. Some children fell on the floor and some of them knocked down the table. Kevin was brave. He caught the snake but the snake bit him. Kevin’s wound was bleeding. He felt pain and he fainted. At last, Kevin was sent to the hospital. Luckily, Kevin recovered quickly. What an unforgettable Christmas for the Lee family!

A Funny Snake at Wonderful Christmas

The Lee family had a special Christmas this year.

A week before Christmas, Mr. and Mrs. Lee took their three children, Kevin, Mandy and Ken to buy some gifts and Christmas decorations in the shopping mall. They bought some caps, stockings, candies and Christmas cards. Then, they saw Santa Claus. They took photos with him. After that, they chose the presents for their grandpa and grandma.

Five days before Christmas, Kevin decorated the house with ribbons and balloons in different colours. His family members were busy, too. They needed to write some Christmas cards for their relatives and friends. His sister and brother decorated the Christmas tree with stars and stockings. They put some Christmas bulbs on it, too. After that, they put the tree beside the sofa. All of the children tidied up and decorated the house from day to night. They were very tired. Many said, ‘Oh! I want to sleep for all day long!’She did not want to do anything anymore. However, she still needed to draw some pictures and put them on the wall.

Two days before Christmas, the Lee family went to the supermarket to buy the party food. They bought a turkey, cookies, potato chips and so on. They bought the ingredients for making dishes for the party, too. On Christmas Eve, the children learnt to sing Christmas carols in the church. Besides, they helped their mother prepared the food such as burgers, cakes, chicken wings and a lot of other food for the party.

On Christmas Day, a lot of friends enjoyed the delicious food with the family. They played games together happily. They sang songs loudly. Then, they exchanged the presents. Some of the presents were teddy bears. Some were pencil cases. Everyone was delighted. Someone said, ‘Hurray! This is my favourite!’Kevin couldn’t wait. He opened his present immediately. ‘Oh! It is a scary snake!’ shouted Kevin. People around him were curious. They looked at him. Suddenly, Kevin heard a song from the box. ‘We wish you a merry Christmas. We wish…’ At that moment, Ken said, ‘Fantastic? It is a robot snake.’

At that wonderful midnight, the ‘snake’ played with Kevin. It danced and sang songs. It could eat potato chips! It was amazing. ‘What an unforgettable festival!’ Kevin shouted loudly and excitedly.

A Christmas Snake

The Lee family had a special Christmas this year.

A week before Christmas, Mr. and Mrs. Lee took their three children, Kevin, Mandy and Ken to the shopping mall. They boughtsome presents and party things. They bought a Christmas tree, too. They saw some children taking photos with Santa Claus. Kevin, Ken and Mandy wanted to take photos with him, too. As a result, they ran towards Santa Claus and took a photo with him. They were very happy. After shopping, the family got home and tidied up the house. They were tired when they finished the cleaning.

Five days before Christmas, the children decorated the house when their parents were working. They put the Christmas tree in the sitting room. They put some Christmas decorations on it. Also, they put some Christmas cards and gifts under the Christmas tree. They hungsome decorations on the roof, too. Then, they wrote Christmas cards to their friends.

Two days before Christmas, the Lee family bought the ingredients for baking a cake. On Christmas Eve, they had a family Christmas party. Besides, the children sang Christmas carols in the church in the evening. They were delighted.

On Christmas Day, the Lee family invited many guests. They had a Christmas party. There was a lot of food such as a big cake, fruit, and chicken wings. They played exciting games.Kevin did not enjoy the games because hewas too eager to take his present. Then, the children exchanged their presents. Kevin could not wait any longer. He opened the present quickly. ‘Oh! My!’ shouted Kevin. There was a snake in the box! All the children screamed and ran away. The snake did not chase them. It was not poisonous. As a result, the children were not afraid. They played with the snake.

Six days after Christmas, Kevin took the snake to watch the New Year fireworks. So, they became good friends. They played and lived together happily. However, the snake died a year later. Kevin still remembered this ‘Christmas Snake’.Yet, he did not know where it came from.

Christmas was coming soon. A week before Christmas, the Lee family was glad and excited. They were going to have some fun at Christmas. They like to have different kinds of activities at Christmas.

Five days before Christmas, Kevin decorated the house himself. Moreover, Kevin, Ken and Mandy decorated the Christmas tree with some stockings and stars. The Christmas tree was very beautiful and colourful. Mandy and Ken were also ready to send the Christmas cards. But Kevin didn’t agree with them. He thought it just caused more land pollution.

Two days before Christmas, the Lee family bought different kinds of presents and food for the Christmas party the next day. On Christmas Eve, they sang the Christmas carols and had a Christmas dinner with their parents. There were some fruit, some meat, some vegetables and some drinks.

On Christmas Day, the family were having a Christmas party with their friends and parents. They exchanged their presents. In the Christmas party, there were a lot of food such as a turkey, Christmas puddings and a Christmas cake. When Kevin was opening his present, he shouted, ‘A snake!’ All people were scared, but Ben was laughing and he put the snake back into the box. Then Kevin was angry and he didn’t want to talk to Ben. Ben said, ‘Sorry!Kevin, I just want to make a joke with you. Please forgive me.’ Then, Kevin was not angry any more.

The next day of Christmas, Kevin felt disappointed because he didn’t receive any presents.So, he hoped he could get a wonderful present the next year.

A Scary Present

The Lee family was going to have a Christmas party because Christmas was coming.About one week before Christmas, the Lee family prepared the Christmas party. They were very thrilled.

Five days before Christmas, Kevin, Ken and Mandy decorated their home. ‘We have to decorate our home!’ Ken said. Kevin needed to hang the stockings around the house. Mandy sent the Christmas cards to their friends and relatives. Besides, they decorated the Christmas tree together.

Two days before Christmas, Kevin, Ken and Mandy bought food for the party.The trolley was full of food such as a turkey, sweets, sausages, cheese and Christmas cakes. They were very glad. On Christmas Eve, the children went to church to sing Christmas songs. Then, they prepared for the party. Ken made jelly and Christmas puddings. ‘It’s very difficult. How do we make jelly and puddings?’ Ken asked. Ken could make tasty desserts with his mother’s help. Kevin, Mandy and his father made the turkey. First, they added the soy sauce and salt into the turkey. Then, they cut the turkey into big pieces. Finally, they cooked it again. They also added some vegetables as decoration.

At Christmas, there were many relatives and friends coming to the party. It was very joyful. Besides, they sang Christmas songs. They ate a lot of food, such as Christmas cakes, turkey and candies. Afterthat, they took photos. When they exchanged Christmas presents, a toy snake jumped onto Kevin’s face. Kevin was very scared. He shouted,‘Oh!No! What’s that?’ His guests ran away. They yelled and screamed. The party was a mess. Later, when Kevin was calm and knew it was a plastic snake, he laughed and told everyone it was not a real snake. All the people laughed loudly. Then they enjoyed the party again.
