BOOKING CONDITIONS
The allocation of each individual pitch will be at the sole discretion of Worthing Lions Charitable Trust Ltd.
Access to Steyne Gardens can be obtained between the hours of 9am and 10am on 28th July 2018 for British, European & Asian classic cars. Vehicles should leave the site by 5pm.
Approved applicants will be sent an individually numbered permit by email authorising access into Steyne Gardens. The permit must be printed and displayed in the windscreen when approaching the area so that marshalls can authorise entry onto the site with a minimum of delay.
All vehicle owners must have comprehensive insurance covering their vehicle and passengers while displaying their vehicle at this event.
The site is grassed so care must be taken not to damage the turf when entering and leaving the site. All rubbish surrounding vehicles must be removed by vehicle owners themselves and prior to vacating the area.
Attendance is at the vehicle owners own risk and Worthing Lions Charitable Trust Ltd accept no responsibility for loss, injury or damage to vehicles and third parties howsoever caused.
Space on Steyne Gardens Worthing is limited and applications will be considered on an individual basis. Applications may therefore not be accepted if the site is full or for any other reason.
Vehicle owners are recommended not to leave their vehicle unattended while parked on Steyne Gardens and to drive carefully while gaining access to and leaving the site.
No vehicle owners or passengers are permitted to sell food, drinks refreshments or anything else while the vehicle is on display.
The public will not be charged a fee to enter Steyne Gardens for this event. However members and friends of Worthing Lions Charitable Trust Ltd will undertake a bucket collection for public donations while the classic car show is in progress.
Privately owned vehicles are free of charge however owners may wish to offer an entirely voluntary contribution to be used by Worthing Lions Club to support their 2018 festival chosen charity.
Worthing Lions Charitable Trust Ltd reserves the right to refuse any applicant permission to enter Steyne Gardens or cancel the event at its absolute discretion and without payment of compensation to applicants and their passengers. In the event of having to cancel the event the Trust will endeavour to advise applicants prior to the date of the event. In this connection it is necessary to have each applicants contact details.
