World's Finest Chocolate

Enclosed is the information you requested along with an order form and a credit application (in the event you would like to apply for 35 days grace to pay your bill). We also accept Money Orders and Credit Card Payments. You must be a qualified organization raising funds for charitable or educational purposes.

Your products will arrive via a Freight Carrier approximately 7 to 10 days after receipt of your order. Someone must be there to count and sign for the products. Any damage or shortages must be reported in writing on delivery receipt before the driver leaves in order to receive credit .

We can print the name of your organization on the World’s Finest Chocolatelabels for orders of 25 cases or more of the same product. Write what you would like printed (two short lines) and allow at least 4 weeks for delivery. If you wish to use a logo, either email it to Bob, mail a clear copy to Bob, or reference a location on your web site where it can be picked up, provided the logo is clear enough to use.

We need a street address for the shipper, no post office boxes

For non-school accounts, you must provide your Social Security Number and sign the Credit Application or include payment or you may charge it by filling out the Credit Card information. School accounts have automatic credit approval, but the form must be submitted to get a customer number. Bob will fill in the customer number on your order once it is assigned by WFC.

You must sign the Order Form/Terms of Sale Agreement

  • You are responsible to pay state Sales Tax and any local taxes unless a valid
    state Sales Tax Exemption Certificate or tax exempt number accompanies the order.
  • Print out this page and fill it in by pen or typewriter. Be sure we can read it.

Terms of Sale

Delivery WFC uses various trucking companies to deliver our products. These companies will do their best to accommodate our customer’s requests but must arrange deliveries according to their routes and schedules. We can call the trucking company (or if you prefer, we will provide the proper information and you may call) in the morning on the day of your delivery and get their best estimate for your delivery time. Requests for delivery at a specific time can be made but require an additional charge. Requests for inside delivery also is an additional charge.

Any shortages must be noted on the delivery ticket before the driver leaves. Refuse any damaged cases and sign for only the number of cases you receive and forward a copy of delivery ticket noting shortage or damage to:

Payment All chocolate (including additional chocolate ordered) should be paid for in full within thirty five days of the original delivery date. You will be charged 1.5% interest per month on any balance due after thirty days
