World Vision is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner.

In this role you will source, recruit, interview and recommend placement of internal and external candidates for all levels of positions, but predominantly forprofessional positions andmultiple client groups. Help carry out our Christian organization’s mission, vision, and strategies. Personify the ministry of World Vision by witnessing to Christ and ministering to others through life, deed, word and sign.

Keep Christ central in our individual and corporate lives. Attend and participate in the leadership of devotions, weekly Chapel services, and regular prayer.

Sourcing:

  • Develop advertising andjob posting information.
  • Develop and maintain external networks; conduct research and sourcing through social media sites, networks, and new recruiting avenues as appropriate to fulfill organizational needs.

Recruiting:

  • Maintain effective working relationships with multiple client groups to ensure understanding and support of short- and long-term business plans. Collaborate with internal clients to design specific recruitment and selection processes, and effectively administer selection and placement processes to meet those needs.
  • Interview and recommend qualified candidates to hiring managers for consideration.
  • Extend offers to selected candidates and negotiate salaries with appropriate internal parties.
  • May design, select, and administer a variety of candidate evaluation tools and resources to aid in the recruiting and hiring process.

Documentation and Compliance:

  • Facilitate employment plans and practices, ensuring an equitable, nondiscriminatory application that meets EEO guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws in relation to the employment process.

Work collaboratively with team members when assigned to work as part of a team.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

  • Experience managing working relationships with internal clients at various leadership levels within the organization while effectively sourcing and recruiting a variety of professional level positions, including accounting, finance, and marketing.
  • Ability to manage full-cycle recruitment including interview process; communicate expectations, feedback, and status information to candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders throughout the selection process.

Required Experience:

Two-year technical or junior college degree or equivalent work experience (four years), bachelor’s degree preferred. Previous recruitment or related human resources work experience; 3–5 years.
