Terry Lambert has his roots in training and process improvement consulting. He began as a contract trainer in 1987, co-founded a training company in 1990 and formed IKS Group in 1996. As a stand-up trainer, Terry has contracted with national companies, Tracom Corp, Commnispond, Maritz and CG Wright and Associates.
Terry’s most recent project has been a 4-year contract with General Motors consulting in dealerships as part of the Standards for Excellence program. Terry coached Cadillac and Chevrolet dealer principals and managers in process improvement and customer satisfaction.
Previously Terry contracted with Toyota Motor Sales in the Signature initiative as the Development Team Project Manager. He was responsible for developing, improving and delivering training, dealership tools, video and a CD-based reference guide.
