Work Placements at Ikon – Exhibitions

Ikon offers a limited number of unpaid work placements within the ExhibitionsDepartment. If you would like to apply for a placement, please complete this application form. Only applications made on this form will be considered. Please do not attach any additional information.

Please make sure that you complete all sections and that your application form is well presented. We would recommend that you word process your application form.

Please remember that Royal Mail charges for postage based on size and weight. If you fail to apply the correct postage, your application form may not reach us.

The Exhibitionsteam will review all applications twice each year. The first deadline is atthe end of June; the second is at the end of December. We cannot make offers of placements to you before this time.

Any successful placements offered will fall within the 6 months that follow the application deadline (for example, if you submit your application before the June deadline, a placement could fall at any time between June and December that year). Placements will usually involve working 1-2 days per week over a period of 8-12 weeks.

Due to the very high volume of applications that we receive, we are only able to contact shortlisted candidates. Please check our website, Facebook and Twitter feeds regularly as we will announce when each application process has been completed.
