WOOD-RIDGE PRE-SCHOOL REGISTRATION
The Wood-Ridge Board of Education is pleased to accept registration for a tuition based Pre-School Instructional program for the 2017/2018 school year. The tuition based Pre-School program will be open to Wood-Ridge residents and School District Employees only and will provide a complete educational program that is offered to all other students in the Wood-Ridge School District. The program will be housed in the Catherine E. Doyle School and will consist of the following classes:
2-Full Day Integrated Program Classrooms (Age 4 by October 1, 2017)
a. 8:15 AM – 2:50 PM Daily
b. $5,550 yearly tuition (10 months)
1- Full/Part Day Program Classroom (Age 3 by October 1, 2017)
a. 8:15 AM – 11:15 AM Daily (Part Time Option) $3,250 yearly tuition
b. 8:15 AM – 2:50 PM Daily (Full Time Option) $5,500 yearly tuition
c. Please note that the Full/Part Day enrollment option exists only in the Three [3] year old program!
Registration for the 2017/2018 Pre-School classes will be held at the Catherine E. Doyle School from 9:00 a.m. to 12 p.m. daily beginning on Monday, February 6, 2017. All students enrolled for the 2016-2017 school year in the PRE-SCHOOL AGE 3 PROGRAM ONLY at the Catherine E. Doyle School will be given first consideration in the registration process for the 2017/2018 school year. Please note that all new registration will be conducted on a first come, first served basis. Children are eligible for the 4 year old program if they turn four [4] years old on or before October 1, 2017. Children are eligible for the 3 year old program if they turn three [3] years old on or before October 1, 2017. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS FOR THIS POLICY.
The State Commissioner of Health Office requires parents of any child attending our Pre-School program to provide proof of a current physical examination (within 365 days of 1st day of school) and the following immunizations:
Medical Requirements for Pre-School Age Children
ü Recent physical exam by primary doctor (date of physical must be within 365 days of 1st day of school)
ü Required Immunizations:
¨ 4 doses of DTap
¨ 3 doses of Polio
¨ 1 dose of MMR
¨ HIB (1 dose after first birthday)
¨ Chickenpox (1 dose of Varicella)
¨ 3 doses of Hepatitis B
¨ Influenza (1 dose must be done annually between September 1 – December 31)
¨ Pneumococcal (Prevnar – 1 dose after first birthday)
Please note that any students enrolled in the 2017-2018 Pre School program at the Doyle School will only to need to submit documentation of an Influenza vaccination being administered between September 1-December 31, 2017.

On the day of registration, bring the completed forms, together with a COPY of the child’s ORIGINAL birth certificate and proof of residency [ gas/electric, mortgage bill, lease/rental agreement or landline phone bill]. All medical requirements must be completed no later than June 9, 2017.
