Flexibility Allowance / Introduction of an allowance to recognise the Operational need for flexibility and the difference between flexibility and overtime. (see below for 13th hour) / Calculated on Base rate x 50% for 182 days and paid to all non-supervisory* positons.
*supervisory roles have an element of flexibility built into proposed salaries – approved overtime can be claimed

Base Rate plus £2.52 (part-nightshift allowance) per hour

Option to request 1 x 3 weeks from offshore time, 1 x 1 week paid within field break
Sick Pay / Agreement to remove from current discussions to allow further work to be done on a wider Wood Group basis - to be completed within 2016 / Separate working party including workforce and unions to work on across Wood Group Sick Pay scheme and absence management.
