Wolf Gap Vineyard Facility Rental Guidelines and Agreement

Facility Fee: Weddings: $1,000, includes use of events patio, indoor wine tasting bar and lounge, two dressing rooms and two restrooms for the day of the event. The use of the facility for a rehearsal dinner is $500.00.

Renter is responsible for arranging catering, flowers, music, and related tables and chairs. Facility can accommodate up to 150 guests at wedding and/or standup reception. Sit down dinner space is limited to 100 guests.

To book the facility, the renter must furnish a deposit of 50% of the rental fee and sign this agreement prior to the facility being reserved. The balance of the payment is due 30 days prior to the reservation date. Cancellation fee: There is a $250 fee if cancelled between six months and 30 days. Within 30 days the cancellation fee is $500.

Bar items charged at the event will be due and paid by the day following the event.

A $500 security deposit is required 30 days prior to the event to ensure the satisfactory cleanup and payment of damages resulting from the event by guests or other attendees of the event. Any unused damage deposit will be applied to the final bar bill of the renter or refunded to the renter provided no liability has been incurred from damages.

Outside alcoholic beverages cannot be brought in by renter or guests unless a remote ABC banquet license has been approved by the Virginia ABC. All wine will be provided by Wolf Gap Vineyard at a 10% case discount to the renter. A wine server is also provided without charge by the facility.

Tents, tables, chairs and other equipment provided by the renter or caterer must be removed from the premises and the premises cleaned of all trash and other debris no later than noon the following day.

Bands or DJs must cease music by 10 p.m. Party may continue and guests may remain until midnight. We reserve the right to ask rowdy guests to leave if their behavior is bothering others. It is the renter’s responsibility to inform intoxicated guests to refrain from driving and finding another ride or designated driver who is not intoxicated.
