II. Commercial part of the requirements:
1. Price without VAT- price for unit and total price including freight costs;
2. Warranty- in months from the date of installation;
3. Quality and origin- please provide certificates for quality and origin at the time of delivery;
4. Delivery terms- DDP, warehouse at Assarel- Medet JSCo. /acc. to Incoterms 2010/;
5. Payment terms- date of payment- maximum time after date of delivery;
6. Delivery date- please indicate;
7. Validity of the quote- minimum 120 days from the deadline of the submission;
III. General requirements towards bidders:

The established order in our company for the quotations keeping, transparency and principality during the consideration process, excludes completely the possibility of influencing the selection of contractor, or the quality of the submission control through corruption. In addition, if or when such attempts are found, the respective employees shall be dismissed from work for breach of discipline and contracts with the relative company shall be terminated.
