Balconies, Doors, & Windows Rules and Regulations

If you are unsure of what is acceptable, please contact the management company.

Windows, Doors (front and sliding door), and balconies (floors and railings) are association property and may ONLY be repaired by the association. This includes door hardware, glass, screens, window tinting, door repairs, painting, sealing, etc.

All items placed on balcony are subject to prior, written board approval.

Hanging items from balcony railings is strictly prohibited. This includes rugs, towels, clothing,etc.

Door and windows decorations are not permitted. (wreaths, signs, cameras, etc). One alarm/security sticker may be placed in upper left or upper right hand corner of door/window.

Do NOT throw cigarette butts or other items over balcony railing.

All Balconies must be kept in an orderly, clean, and sanitary manner at all times.

Do not shake any rugs or cloth on balcony or over railings.

In the event of a windstorm event, please remove ALL items from Balcony.

Nothing may be affixed or displayed in any window.

Nothing may be attached to the exterior walls or balconies.

Balcony floors may not be tiled, painted, or altered in ANY manner without prior written association approval.

Grills Unsupervised Pets Toys Lights

Boxes Coolers Door Mats/Rugs Wind Chimes

Balcony Furniture:

Up to 2 outdoor patio/cafe style chairs and one small outdoor patio/café table are permitted.

Folding or Stackable Chairs/Tables are not permitted.

Plants:

Maximum of 6 plants per Balcony in approved pots with saucers. No black starter pots.

Plants may not touch exterior walls, railings, or stick out pass the railings.

Max height for plants (including pots) is 42” (railing height). However, 2 “tall” plants may be 80” (door height) if placed all the way to the left and all the way to the right of the balcony. (max 1 “tall” plant per side)

Dead plants or empty pots are not permitted.

Hoses are not permitted for watering and water may not go over balcony edge.

Satellite Dishes/Cable:

Satellites are NOT recommended due to foliage.

Satellites must be self standing and not protrude from your balcony.

Do NOT attach stand or dish to balcony floor, wall, or railing.

No cables may be attached to railings or wall.

Storm Shutters:

Must be approved by the Association prior to installation.

Must remain completely open OR completely closed.
