JetPower 2015
Dear Exhibitors,
The preparations for JetPower 2015 are currently under way, and we are now accepting registrations.
JetPower 2015 will be held from the:
18th to 20th September 2015

The prices will remain the same as 2014:
Running front per metre 120.00 € plus VAT
Advertising Prices:
Rental per grille at the runway (2 x 3 m) 80.00 € plus VAT
Rental per grille at the pits area (1.2 x 3 m) 50.00 € plus VAT
Per beach flag at the runway 30.00 € plus VAT
Grilles and beach flags must be ordered at the time of registration.
Again this year we are offering all exhibitors beer table sets (one table, two seating benches) at a rental price of 10 Euro. As these sets need to be obtained beforehand, they must be ordered at the time of registration; it is not possible to arrange rental of the sets during the actual Fair.
It isvery important that you register promptly, especially if you have special requirements with respect to your stand location.All registration forms are available for download from our website:
Final registration date is 01 June 2015!
To ensure that we are able to include all companies in our announcements and publications, registration forms must also be completed by those companies who are to share a stand with other exhibitors.
Once we have received your registration, you will receive confirmation, followed by the invoice, which will be sent to you by the Modellsport Verlag. Your registration effectively reserves your stand location, and you are then under an obligation to pay the invoice amount or, if you should cancel, the cancellation fees.
You may cancel your registration up to 15 August 2015, incurring a processing fee of 10% of the invoice total. If you withdraw after 15 August 2015, or if you do not attend the Fair, the full invoice amount will be retained.
Due to the limited exhibition area, we reserve the right to make a final decision on exhibitors. Priority will be given to exhibitors who have supported us for several years.
Once again the energy limit is 1 kW/h per stand. There is no charge for energy consumed, and two camping spaces for each exhibitor are also provided free of charge.
Exhibitors from abroad should please note: it is not possible to send kits or other display materials to my private address before or during the JetPower Fair; please make suitable arrangements with your German business partners.
The Schuch catering company will again be in attendance in 2015 keeping body and soul together. The JetPower “Combustion Chamber” will once more be set up in the small hangar, along with the Kerosene Bar. As of Thursday, 17th September 2015 exhibitors and campers will be able to partake of breakfast there for 4 Euro.
As ever, the following rules apply to JetPower 2015:
- We will require a security deposit of 300.00 €; this can be paid in cash, by cheque or by credit card. The deposit will be returned if the stand is emptied and clean after 17:00 on Sunday. If the stand is cleared before 17:00, the deposit will not be returned, and the exhibitor will be excluded from participating in future JetPower Fairs.
- The maximum stand size is fifteen metres.
- You must provide your own means of separating your stand from adjacent stands.
- In cases where one proprietor operates multiple companies, only one company is entitled to register.
- Camping registration forms must also be completed for exhibitors’ camping spaces.
- Once again this year it will be prohibited to sell co-axial helicopters, copters and prop-driven model aircraft.
And finally – please do not delay, too long your registration, otherwise you could miss the boat.
