Windham Basketball Club2017 Scholarship

Award

The Windham Basketball Club will be awarding two (2) scholarships in the amount of $1,000 each to two students in the Windham High School graduating class of 2017. The Scholarship is a non-renewable (1 year) award and will be paid upon the successful completion of the recipients 1stsemester at an accredited college or university and achieving a minimum GPA of 2.5.

Eligibility Requirements

Participation in the Windham Basketball League (either in Recreational or Travel) for at least 4 years

Must have a minimum high school GPA of 3.0

Scholarship application must be received by May 1, 2017

Scholarship Award

All scholarships submitted will be reviewed by the WBC Executive Board and awarded to the recipients who best meet the criteria outlined in the application.

Award will be paid after the completion on the 1st semester of the 2017-2018school year.

Must achieve a GPA of 2.5 or greater during the 1st semester of College.

Must provide Transcript of 1st semester grades must be submittedto the Windham Basketball Club (address below) by January 31, 2018 in order to receive the award, failure to submit will result in the money being re-allocated to the Windham Basketball Scholarship Funds.
