Two scholarship opportunities for students registered with Minnesota State Mankato’s Accessibility Resources is available for the 2016-2017 academic school year. The intent of the donor, Pier Pleasure, Inc. and Wilson Trailer Sales of MN, Inc., is to encourage students with ADHD and/or other learning challenges to complete their education in any major at Minnesota State University, Mankato. Two applicants will be selected to receive a $2,000.00 scholarship for the 2016-2017 academic schoolyear.
The Scholarship is established to assist in tuition support of a student, who is registered with Accessibility Resources and enrolled in a minimum of nine (9) credits per semester. The award is chosen and managed by the Accessibility Resources staff. The student may be an incoming freshman, or an undergrad academic level. The application is open to all disability types with a preference to ADHD/Learning Disabilities. The student must maintain a 2.0 GPA to remain in good academic standing.
To apply for the $2,000.00 Wilson Trailer Sales of MN, Inc. Scholarship and the $2,000.00 Pier Pleasure, Inc. Scholarship, please complete the application and provide all requested documents. Only one application is needed. The application deadline for the 2016-2017 scholarships is June 1, 2016.
