Willow Ridge Golf Course may result in the suspension of their golfing privileges.

Willow Ridge Golf Cart Storage Agreement
I hereby rent one golf cart storage stall at Willow Ridge Golf Course subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. The term of this storage rental is from the date signed to March 1, 2017. The rental for a cart storage stall is assigned as part of this lease.
2. I hereby hold the Willow Ridge Golf Course, and any of its/their employees, agents, and representative free from all liabilities or claims resulting from damage to the above said golf cart during the term of this rental agreement except such damage as caused directly by an error or omission of said persons, firms, or corporations.
3. I understand that it is not the responsibility of the Willow Ridge Golf Course or any of their representatives, agents, or employees to provide liability or physical damage insurance covering said golf cart and its use, and, as owner of the cart, I understand that it is my responsibility to provide insurance coverage for my own golf cart. I hereby represent that I do have such insurance on said golf cart in adequate amounts.
4. I hereby assume all responsibility for and all liability of any operator or guest passenger using the golf cart during the term of this rental agreement whether or not such guest passenger or other driver has signed this or any other rental agreement.
5. I agree not to allow anyone to operate the above golf cart whom does not possess a valid driver's license.
6. Private-cart owners may not loan use of cart to any other person not covered under this agreement. If said cart is used by any other person, the Club shall receive the regular trail fee of a Club-owner car. (Carts may, at the owner’s discretion, be loaned to the Club.)
7. Private cart owners will agree to follow the same rules and regulations of Club owned powered carts on the golf courses at all times.
8. No flammables of any kind may be stored in cart barn. This includes any aerosol cans, gasoline and any kind of hazardous chemicals (including but not limited to bleach).
9. Should the private cart owner become suspended due to non-payment of their club bill, the cart owner grants to Willow Ridge Golf Course the right to the private cart after 30 days written notice at his/her last known address without a judicial proceeding. Willow Ridge Golf Course shall sell the golf cart to the highest bidder after posting notice of sale in the local newspaper.
10. Anyone failing to operate carts in accordance with the above regulations will have their privileges removed.
Hold Harmless Agreement
Except for claims arising out of acts caused by gross negligence of Willow Ridge Golf Course, the patron hereby agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless, Willow Ridge Golf Course, its directors, officers and employees and any other person or persons who control Willow Ridge Golf Course (collectively the Indemnified Parties), from and against any and all loss, liability, damage, claim or expense (including the reasonable cost of investigating and attorney’s fees) that
Indemnified Parties may incur, insofar as any liability, damage, claim or expense which is related to or arises from, directly or indirectly, the storage of personal golf carts or the operation of personal golf carts on Willow Ridge Golf Course property.
