MEETING MINUTES
1. CALL TO ORDER
Dr. Granados called the meeting to order at 9:43 a.m. Roll call was taken and a quorum was established.
Members Present:
Tomas Granados, Psy.D.
Paul Bagwell, Psy.D.
Anthony Tony Kreuch, Psy.D.
Sandra L. Seehaver, Public Member
Wendy Shanahan, M.S- Telephonically
Staff Present:

2. APPROVAL OF AGENDA
Ms. Seehaver made a Motion to approve the amended agenda with the deletion of items 4.1 and 4.2. Motion was Seconded by Dr. Kreuch. MOTION PASSES
3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Ms. Shanahan made a Motion to approve the amended January 30, 2015 meeting minutes with the corrected spelling of incident in part 4.2 and 4.3. Motion was Seconded by Dr. Bagwell. MOTION PASSES
Ms. Seehaver made a Motion to approve the February 20, 2015 meeting minutes as written. Motion was Seconded by Dr. Kreuch. MOTION PASSES
4. NEW BUSINESS
4.1 APA-Specialized & Professional Accreditation: What should I know?
The board asked that this item be put on the next agenda
4.2 Open meetings resolution
Dr. Kreuch made a Motion to adopt the 2015 Open Meetings Resolution. Motion was Seconded by Ms. Seehaver. MOTION PASSES
4.3 Reimbursement for participation in meetings via video/audio- Mileage and Per-Diem Act- Tabled
4.4 CEU approval- Criminal Profiling Conference
The board would like to refere this to NMPA
4.5 New Mexico Map of RxP Psychologists-
A map of where NM RxP licensees practices was provided to the board.
4.6 Ratification of Licenses
Dr. Kreuch made a Motion to ratify the new licensees as presented on the agenda Seconded by Ms. Seehaver. MOTION PASSES

5. OLD BUSINESS
5.1 Estimate for PLUS program
Ms. Lopez informed the board that at this time the board would need
to wait until Fiscal Year 16 to find a contractor.
5.2 Board approval for Video Conference Expense-Tabled
6. EXECUTIVE SESSION
Dr. Granados entertained a Motion to go into executive session. Motion was made by Ms. Seehaver for the board go into executive session pursuant to §10-15-1(H) (1) of the Open Meetings Act, Seconded by Dr. Kreuch. A roll call vote was taken by Mrs. Lopez:

Motion passed unanimously. Let the record show that at 11:54 a.m. the board entered into closed session and the recorder was turned off.
Let the record show that the recorder is back on. The New Mexico Psychologist Examiners Board is back in OPEN session and the time is 1:50 p.m.
Dr. Granados stated that during Executive Session the board reviewed and discussed only the matters listed on the agenda under executive session as specified in the motion. Let the record show that the Board takes the following actions in open session:

· PSY15-04 APP Motion made by Ms. Seehaver to refer to the AG’s office for an issuance of a Notice of Contemplated Action based on 16.22.2.9 B with proposed early resolution. Seconded by Ms. Shanahan. MOTION PASSES
· PSY15-05 APP Motion made by Dr. Kreuch to approve application. Seconded by Ms. Seehaver. MOTION PASSES
