Rescue League

We will be presenting an annual award for the highest achieving rescue dog over all shows for that year. Kindly sponsored by Janice Bell

Club League

Don’t forget to enter your dogs points gained into your club folder

Clubs wishing to take part in this league must provide the relevant documentation by the 31st August each year.

Senior League

Kindly sponsored by Creative Chiropracticopen to all handlers over the age of 60 the folder will be available at the show for you to enter your points

Progression

Can be voluntary during the season up to Novice Level achieving 3 (clear) wins ( 2 of which must be agility) or will be compulsory at the end of the season or if you have gained a minumum of 250 points during the season.

Junior Classes Handicap

½ a second will be added to the dogs course time in accordance to the junior handlers age at the beginning of the season.

HEIGHTS

Micro: For dogs under 250mm at the withers jump

height maximum 25cm

Small: For dogs under 350mm at the withers jump

height will be 35cm

Medium: For dogs over 350mm but under 430mm at the

withers jump height will be 45cm

Standard: For dogs over 430mm and measuring under

530mm at the withers or weighing over 25kg.

Jump height will be 55cm

Large: For dogs over 430mm at the withers jump height

Maximum 65cm

** Dogs measuring KC Small height that are under 250mm at the withers may choose whether to run Small or Micro height**

**Dogs Measuring KC Large height that are between 430mm and 530mm may choose whether to run Standard or Large height**

Junior: For handlers under 18 years

Veteran:For dogs over 7 years old

Anysize:For dogs that don’t fit anywhere else

Veteran & Anysize classes you have a choice of jump heights 45cm – 35cm – 25cm there will be no weaves or seesaw in these classes, the other contact equipment will be lowered

Standard marking applies across all classes

Show Rules in Brief

  1. Maximum course time 60 seconds training is permitted

in the ring but the run will be deemed NFC, no toys to be

thrown in the ring, training NFC runs must not exceed

the maximum course time (The scribe will inform you

once your time is up).

  1. All competitors when entering the show agree to 1 hour

ring duties, please make yourself available when

possible.

  1. We reserve the right to refuse entries.
  2. If the show is over subscribed entries may be limited.
  3. All competitors enter at their own risk.
  4. Dogs must be over 18months old or over to participate in

this event.

  1. In the event that the show is cancelled due to

unforeseen circumstances we reserve the right to

deduct any unrecoverable expenses incurred before

returning any entry fees.

  1. We reserve the right to combine/split classes as deemed

necessary.

  1. The Tyre or Flat Tunnel will not be included in any class
  2. Anyone found not picking up after their dogs will be

excluded from any future shows.

  1. It is the competitor’s responsibility to be available for

their classes.

  1. Please queue a sensible distance apart.
  2. Dogs suffering from a contagious or infectious disease

or having been exposed to such disease during the

period of 21 days prior to the competition should not be

brought into the precincts of the show.
