Wide Area Network Content Filtering Compliance
The following information must be provided and approved by the Superintendent of Schools annually and shall suffice as evidence that this district maintained a Internet Content Filtering system as required by the FCC and Children’s Internet Protection Act.
The following two pages must be completed and both must be signed by the superintendent of schools. The completed original document should be mailed to the following address once completed:

Passage of a Yellow category will require the approval of the Superintendent of this district and the SW/WC Manager of Information Technology.
