  1. October 24/25 WI Dells Events – NCMEC & OEC NG9-1-1 Strategic Plan Meeting – Logistics Confirmed for 10/25 meeting – Up to 45 people at Lake Delton Fire Station 45 Miller Drive.
  2. JED will connect with Cullen Peltier 911 Sub-Committee Chair and identify what additional work the NG911 work group needs to do as well as their next meeting being in concert with this training.
  3. PML & GAB Pre-Training social – Obtain a list of attendees from Julie (Hotel pre-night) and Lynn, (Registration) extend a Members Only, (Bring your jacket maybe that is the theme) social hour. Promote NENA/APCO Membership drive during the social.
  4. Reimbursement for APCO International Conference – Not specific dollar amount identified during the Spring meeting, agreed to move forward with the requested from John
  5. NENA/APCO NASNA trip – During the August brief joint meeting, Bob and NENA members were not opposed to offsetting the costs for JED to attend on the behalf of the Chapters. John identified a Conference Registration of 235, would be looking for offset of cost of lodging/parking for 2 nights, WI-APCO agreed to help defray costs GAB mentioned the NASNA group affiliated closely with the NENA environment due to the 911 affiliation. GAB agreed to reach out to NENA to confirm– Bob
  6. Joint Meeting topics:
  7. October 24th the business meeting, (or evening before)October 25th 0830-1500, extend the day
  8. APCO/NENA Regional Conference 2020 Intake split 25/25/50 APCO/NENA/WIPSCOM
  9. WIPSCOM to host NENA/APCO courses in 2017 as part of the Charter agreement training coursework
  10. JED to reply on behalf of WI-APCO to WCA on the bi-furcated approach, (as necessary) to purchase and maintain ESINet solely if that is the only thing funded, trying again for CPE & Training next biennium budget.
  11. Internal audit/review of the WI-APCO fiscals– Missing a few monthly statements and going to DCCU to pick up those missing monthly statements. Will finish it up between now and the September 14th.
  12. TIM – Governors Conference – August 23-25 (TIM meeting 8/23 1-4p @ KI) – WIPSCOM officially members of this Collaborative Association.
