Paul Chaplin Service Manager Hartlepool/Middlesbrough
I have worked for The Wilf Ward Family Trust since 1995 I started at as a project worker at Muston Road in Filey and then went on to manage the Trusts first supported living service at Church Lane in Cayton. In 2003 I became area manager for the Scarborough, Whitby and Filey area. In 2008 I moved to Project Development Manager for the Trust, my role was to focus on the development of a Response service in Scarborough. My current role is Service Manager for Hartlepool/Middlesbrough; my responsibilities include the line management of the Direct Payments Agency in Hartlepool and the development of Community Services in the North East
I am originally from Middlesbrough and now live in Scarborough with my wife Lorraine and our Children Daniel & Luke. I enjoy Walking, Tennis, Football & most sports along with socialising and meeting new and interesting people.
Sara Taylor Independent Living Advisor
I have been working for The Wilf Ward Family Trust as an Independent Living Advisor for the past year. Many of you will know me from the 18 months I spent working for A4e as an Independent Living Advisor on direct payments in Hartlepool.
My previous experiences include working for The Department for Work and Pensions supporting individuals with claiming a range of benefits. I also worked at the University of Teesside organising a range of academic events.I was born in Hartlepool and I have a good knowledge of the local area and resources.
I enjoy going to the gym, travelling, socialising with friends and listening to music.

I have only been working for Wilf Ward for 2 months now, and will be covering Sara’s maternity leave, but a lot of you will remember me from my time I spent working for A4e as an Independent Living Advisor back in 2008.
I have previously worked in care for the NHS for several years and have also worked as a teaching assistant in a primary school.
I live in Marske by the Sea, and spend most of my spare time walking my dogs, socialising with friends and spending time with my family.

I have been working for The Wilf Ward Family Trust as an Administrator for the past year. Previously I worked for 7 years as a Team Leader in the commercial sector leaving for the birth of my second daughter. I have previously worked for the local authority in the revenue and benefits department. I am currently busy studying for a range of counselling qualifications.
I enjoy family life, shopping, socialising and home improvements.
