TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 20
12:30 PMMotor coach arrives at Whitehall-Yearling High School for loading.

1:30 PMDepart via deluxe air conditioned motor coach with DVD. (16 ½ hours have been
allotted for drive plus 3 hours for breaks, dinner on your own, and a driver change.)
WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 21
9:00 AMArrive in Orlandoat Disney’s Animal Kingdom, home to more than 1,700 animals
from 250 species and sprawling across 500 acres of lush landscape, it is the largest
animal-themed park in the world! DINOSAUR, Expedition Everest, It’s Tough To Be a
Bug, and the Kilimanjaro Safaris are just a few of the attractions you don’t want to
miss!

2:00 PM Transfer to Disney’s Hollywood Studiosfor the rest of the day! Enjoy behind-the
scenes glimpses of Hollywood-style action with live shows, thrilling attractions, and
backstage tours. Highlights include the Twilight ZoneTower of Terror, Rock ‘n’
Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith, and the Indiana Jones Epic Stunt Spectacular.

9:00 PMExperience Fantasmica spectacular, 25-minute fireworks and water show starring
Mickey Mouse and a bevy of delightful Disney Characters and featuring classic Disney
music and songs, laser lights and amazing hydrotechnic effects.
9:30 PMFinally, enjoy Star Wars: A Galactic Spectacular Fireworks. Conclude your day in a
galaxy far, far away with an all-new nighttime spectacular bursting with memorable
Star Wars moments.

9:00 AMThis morning is reserved for a Disney Performing Arts Workshop(pending scheduling):
- “Disney Show Choir Experience” – This workshop will focus on YOUR style of show choir. Before your arrival, a Disney Performing Arts Specialist will contact you to create a personalized Show Choir experience for exactly the skills you want to work on. A Disney Teaching Artist will be chosen specifically to meet your needs. You will also have the opportunity to work with a Disney Technician to create your own split track for your shows both at Disney and at home. This recording studio environment will give your students the opportunity to see how the Disney professionals put together a theme park style show. This fast-paced 2 1/2-hour workshop, will be customized to your personal needs and help you take your group to the next level as performers on any stage.
12:00 PMFollowing your workshop, head toMagic Kingdom for the rest of the day! Capture the enchantment of fairy tales with exciting entertainment, classic attractions,
backstage tours and beloved Disney Characters with seven whimsical lands. Be sure
to hit such attractions as Mickey’s PhilharMagic, Pirates of the Caribbean, Space
Mountain, the Haunted Mansion, and the classic It’s a Small World.

9:00 PMEnjoy the Happily Ever Afternighttime spectacular! This show will inspire you to
seek out and find your own “Happily Ever After” by showcasing some of the greatest
adventures Disney characters have taken to achieve their dreams through the latest
fireworks and pyrotechnics and original animation, plus a heart-tugging original
score.
10:00 PMReturn to the hotel to enjoy the pool for the evening.

FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 23
8:00 AMBreakfast at the hotel.
9:00 AMTransfer to Epcot Center for the day. Divided into two areas, Future World and the
World Showcase. Future Worldfocuses on technological advancements, innovation
and wonder, and features attractions such as Soarin’, Mission: Space, and Test Track.
The World Showcase is a collection of pavilions that wrap around the Lagoon. Inside
find shops, attractions and restaurants that represent the culture and cuisine of 11
countries.
Experience the joy and magic of the holidays through the celebrations, customs, and
characters of different countries and diverse cultures from around the world in Epcot
Center’s Holidays Around the World.
You will have $10 on a Disney Dining Card to use towards lunch in the park.
4:00 PMYour motor coach arrives at the EPCOT Magic Music Days pre-show area via the CENTER ONE security gate, a service vehicle entrance for the park. Use the VISITOR LANE to approach the CENTER ONE gate. A security Host at the gate will assist your driver with further directions to the Magic Music Days pre-show area.
4:15 PMMeet your Guest Talent Coordinator in Epcot outside the Italy Showcase, located in the World Showcase area of the park. Have your group gather in the area closest to the large espresso stand just outside of the Italy courtyard. (As you face the courtyard, the espresso stand will be to your left.) Your Guest Talent Coordinator will escort the group to the Magic Music Days rehearsal hall to prepare for your event. Please try to limit chaperones to six adults backstage.

- 6:00 PMGet fitted for robes
- 6:30 PMRiser line-up, processional formation, and candle distribution
6:45 PMThe Whitehall-Yearling HS Choir performs in Walt Disney World’s Candlelight
Processional with Celebrity Narrator, Neil Patrick Harris(or similar)! It is
recommended that chaperones NOT going backstage get in line at least an hour before
the performance to secure seats, as they are limited and not guaranteed.

- 7:55 PMRiser line-up, processional formation, and candle distribution
8:15 PMYour second Candlelight Processional performance begins.
9:30 PMEnjoy “IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth”, a spectacular 12-minute show, featuring
breathtaking fireworks, brilliant bursts of fire, laser light effects, dramatic fountain
barges, a stirring musical score and the world's first spherical video display system—
the 350,000-pound Earth Globe!
10:30 PMReturn to the hotel for the evening.

SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 24
8:00 AMBreakfast at the hotel.
Check out of the hotel and board the motor coach.
8:30 AMTransfer to the Universal Studios Resort for a day of fun! At Universal’sIslands of
Adventure, feel the rage of the Incredible Hulk Coaster, swing above the streets in 3-
D on the Amazing Adventures of Spider Man, or just open – The Wizarding World of
Harry Potter! At Universal Studios Florida, take your Music for a ride aboard
Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit, crash through Krustyland with the Simpsons Ride,
plunge into darkness on Revenge of the Mummy or, the brand new Wizarding World
of Harry Potter – Diagon Alley! You will have a park-hopper pass to explore both parks
today.
