OUR PERSONNEL, WHAT THEY DO, AND OUR COSTS

FRONT OF HOUSE ENGINEER / This person is required to set up and operate the mixing desk and achieve the optimal sound balance for the attendees of your event. He will be in overall control of the PA systems at all times and a FOH engineer is MANDATORY for all events you book with us / £13ph
LIGHTING DESIGNER / This person is required to set up and operate the lighting desk and will, on the day of your event, be available to provide you with a range of lighting states as you require. A LD is MANDATORY for all events in AC1 and AC2 but is optional for events in Scholar or elsewhere / £13ph
MONITOR ENGINEER / STAGE MANAGER / This person is responsible for mixing the sound the performers on stage will hear from our onstage monitors or their own personal in-ear systems. He also acts as stage manager for the duration of your event and will ensure smooth and safe running of your show. A monitor engineer is MANDATORY for all shows in AC1 that involve live music performance but is optional for events elsewhere / £13ph

NOTE

  • We do NOT have access to lecterns. If one is required for your spoken word / presentation you will need to source this item yourselves
  • We do NOT supply instruments for any musicians you intend to use as part of your event, nor do we supply any of the leads / cables to connect their equipment to amplifiers, DI boxes or to our power supply. Please ensure that any musicians employed by you provide their own 1/4inch jack leads and IEC power leads.
