Entrance Fee:
$28.50 per wrestler by 11:59 pm December 31st.
$33.50 per wrestler January 1st – January 7th (Deadline).
No school checks will be accepted after Jan. 5th, 2013. All entries will be through Trackwrestling
Awards: 1st – 6th place finishers will receive individual trophies/custom medals
1st – 4th place team finishers will receive trophy for Jr. High

Seeding:Only wrestlers placing at 2013SCWAY /Jr. High-Elem. State/NorCal TOC/USA Folkstyle Statewill be considered for top seeding as well as 2013 Cal Republic Placers. All others will be placed in brackets accordingly. Please send any and all information on wrestlers for bracketing purposes.

Coaches Meeting:8:00 a.m.
Wrestling:All wrestling will be on Saturday, January 11th on 15 mats. Wrestling begins immediately following coaches meeting or by approximately 8:30 am.
Weight classes as follows:(All ages cutoff date for this event is Jan. 11th meaning if you turn of age the day of cutoff, you wrestle the next division up. Example: if you turn 7 the day of the event, you will wrestler 8 & under for the event)
Rounds:
Jr. High - 1:30/1:30/1:30 Championship and 1:00/1:00/1:00 consolation rounds.
Elementary- 1/1/1 championship and consolation
Brackets, scoring, and matches will be completely computer generated!
*All wrestling brackets will be computer generated. Updates will be available through TrackWrestling along with entries per weight class and division.
Registration Deadline Tuesday Jan. 7th, 2013 at 10:00 pm. Coaches need to know that absolutely no changes in brackets on day of tourney.
** All Weigh-Ins will be official. Any wrestler not making weight will not be allowed to bump up a weight class. The wrestler will be eliminated from this tournament without a refund.
*** There will be a 16-24-32-64 man bracket this yearWhen you send your roster form for seeding, enter only relevant information (please include their record, {2012-2013}2014 tourney finishes.
**** All awards for your weight will be handed out as soon as BRACKET is complete and processed. We would really like to have your child on the podium stand as their podium as pics will be archived and featured at every Cal Republic Invite from this year forward (ala NorCal TOC).
***** Coaches bands will be given on a per wrestler basis. 1 band per every 4-5 wrestlers. Any additional bands are $15.00 (we want to encourage mainly coaches to be on the floor…. Team coaches should be taken care of with the bands in coaches’ packet.)
****** Brackets will be available for sale at $1.00 the day of the event.
Custom Shirts and Full Snack Bar available throughout the day.
