Note: Registrations are first come, first served, and only registrations PAID IN FULLare considered reserved. A full refund, less $50 cancellation fee, will be given if cancellation is on or before January 31, 2014. No refunds will be given for cancellations after that date. Refunds will NOT be given for no-shows. We will have a waiting list in the event all 50 places are filled before the event.

If there is inclement weather and the AAPC trainer cannot make the meeting, AAPC will reschedule. If the AAPC trainer is able to make the meeting, all cancellation agreements will be in force.

In order to offer the training at this LOW price, no meals will be furnished. Drinks and snacks WILL be furnished. Please bring a sack lunch, or be prepared to utilize any of the nearby food services (there are many, and you will have an hour for lunch total). Some nearby restaurants include Portillo’s, Chick-fil-A, McDonald’s, Panda Express, Culver’s, Panera’s, etc. A photo ID will be required at check-in on March 21, 2014. You must be a member of AAPC to attend. Membership can be purchased for $125 at the aapc.com website. You cannot register without a current AAPC membership number.

All attendees receive a FREE expert edition and spiral bound 2014 ICD-10-CM code book, an $89.95 value. 16 CEUs are awarded for those with certification through AAPC.

The Pointe is a freestanding retreat center at Hwy 14 and Federal Dr., between Target and Sam’s Club stores, and is located just about 1 mile west of the interchange of Highway 31 and Highway 14. It is easily accessible from several directions. If you need overnight accommodations, there are at least 4 hotels in Crystal Lake – Super 8, Country Inn and Suites, Comfort Inn, and Holiday Inn.

Sign-in will begin at 7 am, and we anticipate starting on both days by 8 am. You are expected to arrive on time and attend until the end of the training both days, which should be around 5-5:30 pm. If you have special needs, please indicate these at the time you register, and we will try to accommodate you. This is a ground level facility.
