What You Need to Know about this year’s Penn Central Conference Annual Meeting

The information which follows has been prepared to make your stay on the campus of SusquehannaUniversity comfortable, enjoyable and productive.

All meetings and worship will be held in Degenstein Theatre. Please pray that our meetings and worship willproceed with God's presence and our openness.

-Orientation for First-time Attendees to annual meeting will be held from 4:30pm-5pm Friday afternoon in the Shearer Dining Room in Degenstein Center.

-Bring a binder or buy one of “God is still speaking” binders for $5 to place all your handouts and reports in.

-If you need information or help throughout the weekend, the desk in the Degenstein Campus Center will be staffed and the conference registration tablewill be open until 9pm Friday night and Saturday from 7:30am-6:30pm. The Penn Central Conference annual meeting office will be located in Meeting Room 1. The Youth Service Team will be wearing red or blue vests. Any of these persons should be able to help you.

-Wear comfortable clothing and walking shoes.Clothing varies from jeans to shorts to nice day clothes. Bring along a light sweater or jacket, some find the auditorium cool with air conditioning.

-Bring along your own pillow and toiletry items. The university provides two sheets, pillowcase, blanket and towels. Some persons feel more comfortable bringing their own sheets.There will be an overhead light in the rooms, but you may want to bring a reading light along.

-Food choices range from entréestomakings for sandwiches to a salad bar and dessert and ice cream bar. If you need assistance with carrying your tray, the Youth Service Team is available to help you.

-Thanks to Lancaster Association for providing the goodies for our hospitality area in the Degenstein lounge. Help yourself to refreshments at any time.

-Wireless internet access is provided in the DegensteinCampusCenter and Weber Chapel. You do not need a special logon code or password to gain access.

-An ATM (automatic teller machine) is located on the lower level of the DegensteinCampusCenter.

-We have a golf cart available to transport attendees who have trouble walking. This cart will be available all weekend. Please talk with our PCC registration helpers for more information when you arrive.
