iSS is all about entering Shows on-line
How? Simple…..
Step 1 - Register
Decide who in the household will be the account holder. This will be the one to whom all correspondence, including ring cards, etc, will be sent. You will receive a confirmation e-mail giving details of your unique log-in ID and password and registration fee. (The current annual fees are £2 per handler and £1 per competing dog, NFC free, and only becomes due when you enter your first show). All handlers living at the same address can use the same registration number.
Step 2 - Enter all your dogs’ details
Add all the dogs living in your household, or who are normally handled by someone in that household. Don’t forget your NFC dogs – these are free and will be included on your final printed entry form automatically as NFC. You can record different ownership for a dog, if it is not the registered account holder, and you can record the usual handler for that dog. This can be amended, by class, whenever you enter a show.
Step 3 – Choose a show to enter
A list of all the dogs that you have registered will appear, select the dog to be entered and all the classes that the dog is eligible for at that show will be displayed together with the name of the usual handler. Just click to enter these classes & you’re there. Just repeat the process for 2nd, 3rd, 4th etc dog. You can also enter for camping, helping, etc if applicable – in fact, if it’s on the schedule, you can enter it on-line. At closing date, any dog’s registered by you and not entered in any class will automatically be entered NFC and will be added to your final printed entry form.
A confirmation e-mail giving details of which dog is entered in which class is sent and this is your proof of entry. Sufficient funds need to be paid into your account by close of entries.
You can view your entries at any time. There is an admin fee of 50p + 30p postage per show.
Step 4 – How to pay?
There are several ways in which to pay into your account with iSS. By far the easiest and quickest is via internet or telephone banking which is offered by the majority of high street banks and building societies. We can supply you with details of banks/building societies that offer this service, if your own doesn’t. Alternatively, you can pay-in over the counter – preferably at an HSBC branch - or arrange a standing order. You can view “Your Account” at any time to track your deposits & payments. We recommend that you view your account after you have made a payment, particularly if you paid in over the counter – allow 4 working days for your payment to appear.
