That’s a great question! I get that question a lot. It’s not a grant or free money. As you know, nothing in life is free. You have been paying into this program by the way of your taxes and utility bills. Every time you file your taxes and pay your utility bills a portion of that money goes into this program. We are simply showing you how to get the money back and put yourself in a better position against the utility companies.
WHAT DOES THIS COST?

IS THIS A LOAN?
Oh no. (Sir or Mam). This is nowhere near a loan. This is money you are entitled to receive if you are a qualified homeowner. This program helps you get the money you have been investing into the power company and divert it into your home. The program director will cover all of that in your visit of exactly how that will work for you and your household specifically.
WHAT IS THE NAME OF THE ENERGY CONSULTANT/PROGRAM DIRECTOR?
We actually have 2 or 3 working your area. It depends on which one becomes available before your appointment. Upon arrival, they will show you their badge and credentials before entering your home and educating you on the details of the program.
WHY DO YOU NEED MY CREDIT?
The only reason I am asking about your credit SIR/MAM is due to the fact that this is a Federally Funded Utility Savings Program. Funds are available but only to homeowners that are doing the right thing. They do not disperse the funds to everyone. The money will not be invested into a home or homeowner that is in danger of losing their home or does not have a 680 credit score on this program.

Yes, and we do other energy efficient products as well...Our company is helping Texas and the National Going Green Campaign transition homeowners fromEXPENSIVE,DIRTYenergy toCLEANER, CHEAPERenergy. They do not install solar or other products, so they look to actual solar companies to meet there goals.
ARE YOU SELLING SOLAR-
I don't know all the details, but basically if you qualify you would have solar installed at no out of pocket cost due to rebates, and then once the solar is installed you just pay for the solar power by the month just like your utility bill, but it is cheaper. What I do is just make sure someone would qualify, and then we would send a consultant out to explain everything and show you the best way for you to save the most amount of money.
HOW LONG DO THE PANELS LAST-
There are many options and that is something that the solar consultant would go over with you. I simply work in the qualifying department, so if you qualify we can set up an appointment and they would be able to address these more specific questions.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST? / HOW MUCH WILL I SAVE?
Now everyone always asks how much will I save or how much will it cost....Due to the fact government and stateincentives are involved we are not allowed to give out averages and even if we were it is different for each home.
Some homes have a $100 bill and some have a $500 bill, so we size the system specifically to that homes exact kilowatt usage, usable roof space, and angle and direction of the roof.
