During the 3 month dispersal order which began on 31 October 2009:

3 WERE OFFICIALLY DISPERSED BY THE POLICE

1 PERSON ARRESTED FOR BREACHING THE DISPERSAL ORDER AND SUBSEQUENTLY REPRIMANDED

1 HARRASSMENT WARNING BREACH

FOR THE DURATION OF THE DISPERSAL ORDER THERE WERE 75 DAYS OF SPECIFIC TARGETED PATROLS IN THE VILLAGE

In your area there will be continued:

ONGOING ACTION AND ENFORCEMENT TO TACKLE ANTI SOCIAL BEHAVIOUR WHICH CAN CONSIST OF MULTI AGENCY VISITS

AGENCIES HAVE AGREED THE FOLLOWING:

A YOUTH BUS WILL VISIT THE VILLAGE EVERY FRIDAY 4PM-7PM FOR THE NEXT 14 MONTHS

NEIGHBOURHOOD WATCH WILL BE SET UP BY HAYLE POLICE NEIGHBOURHOOD TEAM

YOUNG PEOPLE WILL BE INVOLVED AND HAVE THEIR SAY IN FUTURE ACTIVITES

Why you should report anti-social behaviour?

Anti-social behaviour can ruin lives. It is important that you report any concerns that you have about anti-social behaviour in your community. Information that you are able to provide can be used to identify who is involved and can enable the Police, Council and other agencies to take early action to stop bad behaviour from escalating.

How to report it

You can report anti-social behaviour by ringing us by using any of the numbers below or

reporting your concerns directly to the Police Station or any council building. You can also use the website to report your concerns online on When reporting incidents of anti-social behaviour it is helpful if you have specific details about what happened, when an incident took place and, if more than once, how often; where the incident took place, who was involved and how you and others were affected by it. We will take what you say seriously and sensitively and will treat you with respect. We understand that it might be difficult or frustrating for you to talk about what is happening. Remember – we want to help!
