What are the steps I need to follow to enrol?

There are in total 7 steps you need to follow to enrol

Step 1 – This is primarily an informative step. In this step you can choose your course and get seat availability status, find out the Course Fee inclusive of travel fee, what documents you will be asked for in various steps to follow and the bank details where the course fee can be deposited along with all the means by which the course fee can be deposited.

Step 2 – You need to create a login id and password that you can use to gain access to your account on our website

Step 3 – You need to read and accept all the terms and conditions of enrolment

Step 4 – You need to fill in all the details of the participant and attach the photograph and date of birth proof (only for boys in class 9 and 10) and submit.

Step 5 – You will see a summary of all the details you have filled in the enrolment form. Any changes you need to make in the enrolment form can be made here.

Step 6 – You will add the details of the payment you have deposited in this step

Step 7 – You will get confirmation that your enrolment has been submitted to usTHIS IS NOT A CONFIRMATION OF ENROLMENT JUST A CONFIRMATION THAT WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR ENROLMENT FORM

What does each Enrolment Status Mean?

Enrolment Not Submitted – Your enrolment is only existing in your account and has not been submitted yet. You will be on this status from Step No 5 – 6 of enrol online

Enrolment Submitted – You will reach this level once you on Step 7

Documents Verified - Once we verify the documents you have submitted Enrolment Status will change to Documents Verified.

Payment Verified- After the deposit of the enrolment fee is confirmed it will be altered to Payment Verified.

Enrolment Confirmed - If Seat Status in the desired course is Available then your Enrolment status will change to Enrolment Confirmed. You will get an email and SMS confirming your enrolment as well.

Waiting List - If Seat Status is Waiting Number then enrolment will only be confirmed if an already enrolled student cancels or shifts course.

Enrolment Declined - If there is a discrepancy in the documents or the details of deposit of course fee are not reflected in our account. You can email us the details again but confirmation of seat will depend upon seat availability

Enrolment Cancelled – Enrolment has been cancelled by you.

How do I get a price quote for total course fee I need to deposit?

Please select the Course you are interested to participating in. Select a departure and return location and you will get the exact course fee.

How do I know whether seat is available in the course I want to participate in?

You can select the course you are interested in participating in and under Seat Status you will see the availability status.

Do I need to pay full course fee before I proceed further?

If you want to try the enrolment process you can move forward without depositing the payment. But please note,we only receive your enrolment data after the payment deposit details have been submitted. If you only fill the enrolment form, the data is only in your account on negisports.com and not available to the enrolment team.

Seat Status is saying Waiting List Number?

We are sorry but the course you wish to participate in is full. You can choose another course in which seats are available. However if you are only interested in participating in this course you can add your name to the waiting list. Your waiting number is also visible.

Seat status is waiting list do I need to deposit full course fee?

Yes without the receipt of details of deposit of your course fee your will not be added to the waiting list. Please note that we only receive your enrolment form data after the payment deposit details have been submitted. After you fill the enrolment form, the data is only in your account on negisports.com and not available to the enrolment team.

I want to fill the enrolment form now and add payment details later do I need to fill the enrolment form again?

No you do not need to do that once you fill the enrolment form and press the save-next button at the bottom of the enrolment form the data will be available in your account. You can come back later press login button on right side of website to access you account.

You can click on the PAY NOW button and add the details of the deposit you have made.

Please note seat availability status might change if there is a time gap between filling the enrolment form and adding the payment details.

I do not have any means to scan photograph?

No worries you can click a picture of the participant and upload it where it asks for latest photo. But please ensure it is of low resolution.

I am a girl in class 10 do I need to submit proof of date of birth?

No that document is only required for Boys in class 9 and 10

I want to pay via credit / debit card?

We are sorry but card payments are not accepted you can make an online bank transfer.
