Spaghetti and Tomato Sauce

Ingredients
10 Cloves of Garlic (3 bulbs of garlic)
6 Tins Chopped Tomates
3 Tins of Black Olives
3x 1litre Olive Oil
3kg packs of Spaghetti
1 x parmesan grated
1 pack of fine sea salt
1 pack of mixed herbs
Instructions
Put water in pan for Spaghetti on to boil. Cook Spaghetti as per instructions on pack.
Heat Olive in saucepan
Add chopped garlic and fry for 2 mins. Add chopped tinned tomatoes and let bubble for 15 mins. Add black olives and mixed herbs

Cucumber Salad

Dressing:
1/3 vinegar 2/3 oil, sugar salt.
3 x cucumbers
Instructions
Mix dressing together, slice cucumbers in to bowl and pour dressing on top.
Dessert
5 packs of pancakes to be served with honey, chocolate sauce, sugar and lemon

PITTA FILLING

Ingredients

4 Green peppers roughly chopped
4 Aubergines roughly chopped
4 Tins of chopped Tomatoes
8 garlic cloves
4 onions chopped
1 bunch parsley chopped
3 tbs vinegar
2 tbs sugar
Olive Oil
2x packs cheddar (grated)
pitta breads cut in half and warmed by fire

Instructions

Fry onion for 2 minutes, add aubergines and stir until lightly browned. Add garlic and fry for 2 mins. Add green pepper, tomatoes, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. Cook until the aubergines are soft and the liquid has reduced.
Add cheese and parsley.
Put filling into pitta bread pockets and serve.

5 tins Kidney beans (strained)
4 tins of cannellini beans (strained)
6 Tins Chopped Tomates
20 Carrots chopped
6 Onions chopped
3 each Red and green pepper chopped
1 bulbGarlic chopped
Stock cube dissolved in water
1Chilli pepper and 1 cumin powder
(2/1/2kg) packs of rice

Instructions

Put water in pan for rice on to boil. Cook rice as per instructions on pack.
Fry onions and garlic in oil until clear. Add spices. Add carrots and peppers and fry for 10 minutes. Add enough stock to cover vegetables. When cooked add beans and stir through.
Serve with rice.

BANANAS ANDCUSTARD

2 tins of Custard powder
Milk
22 bananas

Instructions

Make custard according to instructions on packet.
Slice bananas in to the custard when cooked.
