All craft booth fees must be paid in full 1 week before the event. IF PAYMENT FOR THE CRAFT BOOTH IS NOT RECEIVED YOU MAY NOT BE ABLE TO GET A BOOTH. NO SHOW/NO CALL FOR AN EVENT WILL CAUSE POSSIBLE LOSS OF SPECIAL EVENT PRIVILEGES AND A FEE OF $50.______(INITIAL)

I am applying for a space in the WFFMSPECIAL EVENTS. I agree to follow all of the rules put forth by the Market in the Rules & Regulations attached. There are NO rainout refunds or refunds for no shows. The Market goes on rain or shine. See the Market Rules & Regulations for general information and please take note of and initial the special rules below.

1. ANY VENDORS WHO ARE COOKING OR FRYING FOOD ON SITE MUST PUT A PROTECTIVE COVERING UNDER THE COOKERS, KITTY LITTER WORKS BEST AND IS INEXPENSIVE AND CAN BE EASILY SWEPT UP AT THE END OF THE EVENT. ______(INITIAL)

2. NO SILLY STRING, CONFETTI EGGS OR GUMCAN BE SOLD AT THE MARKET AT ANYTIME OR UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. ANY VENDOR CAUGHT SELLING SILLY STRING WILL BE CHARGED A $150.00 MARKET CLEANUP FEE AND WILL LOSE MARKET PRIVILEGES. ______(INITIAL)

4. Vendors must be in assigned space AND SET UP FOR BUSINESS and ready to open FOR10:00AM. suggested arrival time not later than9:30AM. yOU MAY COME EARLY AT 7:00AM ON sATURDAY mORNING. ______(INITIAL)

5. VENDORS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CLEANING UP THEIR BOOTH AREA. THIS INCLUDES SWEEPING, REMOVING ALL TRASH (TO BE PLACED IN THE DUMPSTER AT REAR OF MARKET), HOSING DOWN & CLEANING UP ANY SPILLS THAT MAY OCCUR. IF BOOTH AREA IS NOT AS CLEAN AS WHEN YOU RECEIVED IT, A $50 CLEANING FEE WILL BE CHARGED.______(INITIAL)

6. Vendors must keep their booth open FOR THE DURATION OF THE EVENT. LEAVING EARLY, UNLESS APPROVED BY THE MARKET COORDINATOR IN THE EVENT OF AN EMERGENCY, WILL CAUSE LOSS OF SPECIAL EVENT PRIVILEGES.______(INITIAL)

7. All vendors are responsible for filing and paying any appropriate sales tax to Jefferson Parish and State of Louisiana. ______(INITIAL)

8. FOOD AND BEVERAGE VENDORS must ACCEPT THE FOOD AND BEVERAGE TICKETS ONLY FOR their PRODUCTS. NO CASH IS TO BE ACCEPTED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. IF A VENDOR ACCEPTS CASH, IT IS GROUNDS FOR LOSS OF SPECIAL EVENT PRIVILEGES.______(INITIAL)
